Mission Trip Sweatshirt<\/h1>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n

My church supports a mission trip to Peru every year and I was given the opportunity to design a sweatshirt for the 2025 trip! Lots of soccer (or futbol) is played on these trips, that’s what drove the style and inspiration for this sweatshirt. I was inspired by Peru’s national team jerseys, specifically the 2022 black marathon jersey with the red sash. However, the print shop was unable to print the red sash, so that called for a new design entirely. The final design, utilizing a baby blue base color, with navy, red, and white, still holds the jersey style on the front. Combining the USA colors with Peru’s colors, the back of the sweatshirt echos our connection to the people we interact with in Peru. We’ve found family with our church down there.<\/h6>\n\n\n\n
